60 NORTH RV PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Violation of any park rules & regulations may result in eviction. No refunds.
• Speed limit in the park is 10 MPH.
• Prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children.
• Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Loud parties, music, and profanity are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behavior.
• Check-out time is 12:00 AM. For extensions, inform the host before 10:00 AM.
• Repair, maintenance, or power washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited.
• All vehicles and RVs must be street legal and in good condition.
• Ground campfires are not allowed; only cooking grills are permitted.
• Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• A cleanup fee will be charged for littered sites.
• Place garbage in the dumpster. Do not leave trash outside your RV.
• Keep your campsite clean and neat at all times.
• No outside storage is allowed.
• Alcoholic beverages must be consumed within your campsite only.
• Solicitation or advertising is not allowed without permission.
• Sewer connections must be watertight.
• Respect neighbors and do not walk through their sites.
• Coil hoses, cables, and cords and store them under your RV.
• Do not place items on grass or drive/park on it.
• Monthly guests must track their departure date and give 15 days’ notice before leaving.
• No refunds for early departures.
• Sites are rented to owner-occupants only.
• The park reserves the right to change rules and refuse service.
• The park is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, accidents, or natural events.
• All facilities are used at your own risk.
• Violators may be asked to leave without refund.
